GECKO GLASS / FIELD NOTES

Moving glass takes preparation.

The build calculator adds a $24.95 transport allowance when the merchandise subtotal is below $350. At or above that subtotal, the displayed allowance is zero. The 10% welcome saving applies to merchandise, not the allowance.

Before arranging delivery, check access width, stairs, the level support surface and the external frame dimensions. The reference page does not promise a dispatch date or reserve a carrier appointment. Any actual fulfilment arrangement requires confirmation.

For damage or an incorrect component, keep the packaging and describe the affected panel or part to support@geckoglass.shop. Photographs can help identify a problem, but avoid sending personal documents or card information.

A return request should identify the reference, product and its present condition before anything is shipped back. Do not return live animals or used biological material with hardware. Return instructions and any applicable charges need written confirmation.
